This is a structured beginner Reiki course with 20 lessons covering the foundations of Reiki, self-healing, chakras, energy awareness, grounding and attunements. You’ll also complete knowledge checks throughout your training to help reinforce what you have learned.

You’ll receive lifetime access to the online course, allowing you to revisit the lessons whenever you need a refresher. On successful completion, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 Certificate and can choose to continue your development with Reiki Level 2.
