Welcome to Age of Awakening – A Place to Learn, Grow and Awaken
Hello, I’m Nikki Laycy, founder of Age of Awakening, a professional Spiritual Medium, Reiki Master Teacher, spiritual development teacher, intuitive mentor and author.
For more than 30 years, spirituality and personal development have been an important part of my life. I’ve spent those years learning, developing, teaching and supporting others as they explore their own intuition, spiritual awareness and personal growth.
If you’ve found your way here, there’s every chance you’re searching for something more. Perhaps you’re curious about spiritual development, you’ve begun noticing your intuition becoming stronger, or you simply feel drawn towards understanding yourself on a deeper level. Whatever has brought you here, you’re very welcome.
I created Age of Awakening to offer genuine, down-to-earth guidance for people who want to explore spirituality in a supportive and practical way. I believe spiritual growth should feel natural, empowering and accessible — never something designed to make you feel dependent upon somebody else for the answers.
Why I Created Age of Awakening
Spirituality has been an important part of my life for more than three decades. Throughout that time, I’ve continued to learn, develop and strengthen my own connection with Spirit while helping others discover their own abilities.
Alongside my spiritual journey, life has taught me some incredibly valuable lessons about resilience, healing and finding hope after difficult experiences. Those experiences have shaped not only the person I am today, but also the way I teach.
I understand that personal growth isn’t always easy. We all experience moments of uncertainty, self-doubt and change. That’s why every course, reading and piece of guidance I offer is delivered with kindness, patience and genuine understanding. My goal is to help people build confidence in themselves—not dependence on someone else.
What Makes Age of Awakening Different?
There are many places offering spiritual development courses, mediumship training and psychic development, but I wanted Age of Awakening to offer something more personal, practical and grounded in genuine experience.
Everything here is built on authenticity.
I teach from personal experience as well as professional knowledge. I don’t believe in creating unrealistic expectations or suggesting that spirituality is reserved for a gifted few. I believe intuition is something we all possess, and with the right guidance, practice and encouragement, it can be developed with confidence.
Every online course has been carefully designed to explain concepts clearly, provide practical exercises and allow you to progress at your own pace. Whether you’re taking your very first steps into spirituality or expanding existing abilities, you’ll always receive honest guidance in a welcoming environment.
Experience, Training & Spiritual Development
With more than 30 years of experience in spiritual and personal development, I have dedicated much of my life to learning, developing and helping others explore their own spiritual path.
I am a Reiki Master Teacher, professional Spiritual Medium, spiritual development teacher, intuitive mentor and author. My own Reiki journey has included training through the Usui Reiki tradition, progressing through Reiki Levels 1 and 2 to Master Teacher level.
Over the years, I have worked with people from many different walks of life through mediumship, Reiki, intuitive development, spiritual teaching and personal guidance. My approach combines professional knowledge with lived experience, compassion and the belief that spiritual development should empower the individual.
Through Age of Awakening, I now teach online courses covering Reiki, mediumship, psychic development, tarot, crystal healing, animal communication and Wicca, alongside articles and resources exploring intuition, meditation, spiritual growth and personal wellbeing.
Age of Awakening offers a wide range of online learning opportunities, including:
- Spiritual Development Courses
- Mediumship Training
- Psychic Development
- Tarot Reading Courses
- Reiki Training
- Clairvoyance Development
- Meditation and Mindfulness
- Wicca and Spiritual Living
Every course is designed to provide practical knowledge that students can apply in everyday life, helping them develop their confidence, intuition and spiritual awareness naturally.
Nikki Laycy – Author
Writing has become another important part of my work. I am the author of Out of the Shadows – From Despair to Self-Acceptance and Love, a deeply personal memoir about difficult relationships, adversity, healing, boundaries, self-worth and learning to choose yourself again.
My writing grew from many of the same experiences that shaped the way I teach today. I believe our difficult chapters do not have to become the whole story, and that healing can begin when we reconnect with who we are beneath everything we have experienced.
Through my books, articles and teaching, my hope is to offer honesty, encouragement and practical support to people finding their own way forward.
More Than Just Online Spiritual Courses
For me, Age of Awakening has never simply been about selling courses.
It’s about creating a place where people feel accepted, encouraged and inspired to discover their own potential.
You’ll never be told what to believe. Instead, I’ll encourage you to explore, question, experience and develop your own understanding. Spiritual development is deeply personal, and I believe the greatest teacher you’ll ever have is your own intuition.
Alongside our online training, you’ll also find articles, guidance and resources covering mediumship, Reiki, tarot, intuition, meditation and personal wellbeing to support you throughout your journey.
My Promise to You
If you choose to learn with Age of Awakening, you’ll receive teaching that is honest, supportive and based on real experience.
You’ll never be rushed.
You’ll never be judged.
You’ll never be expected to become someone you’re not.
Instead, I’ll help you recognise the abilities you already possess, strengthen your confidence and continue developing at a pace that feels right for you.
Because I believe that spiritual development isn’t about becoming someone different.
It’s about discovering who you’ve always been.
