For me, becoming a Reiki Master Teacher wasn’t simply about gaining another qualification. It was about accepting the responsibility of guiding others, sharing knowledge with compassion and helping students discover their own confidence and healing potential.

What is Reiki Master Teacher Training?

Reiki Master Teacher Training is the highest traditional level of Reiki education.

It builds on everything you’ve learned throughout your Reiki journey while preparing you to become both a more confident practitioner and, if you choose a Reiki teacher.

Many people assume the Master level is only for those who want to teach Reiki professionally. While teaching is certainly part of the course, many students complete Reiki Master training purely for their own personal and spiritual development.

It is a journey of growth, commitment and continued learning.

Reiki Master Teacher training explores Reiki in much greater depth than previous levels.

Becoming a Reiki/Master Teacher

One of the most exciting parts of Reiki Master Teacher training is learning how to teach Reiki to others.

Teaching isn’t simply about delivering information.

It’s about creating a safe, welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing confidence and enjoying their learning experience.

Every student is different.

Some arrive full of confidence.

Others doubt themselves completely.

As a teacher, one of the greatest gifts you can offer is encouragement, patience and belief in your students.

Watching someone discover abilities they never thought they possessed is incredibly rewarding.

Learning the Attunement Process

Perhaps the most significant aspect of Reiki Master Teacher training is learning how Reiki attunements are performed.

Attunements have been passed from teacher to student through the Reiki lineage for generations.

They are taught respectfully and in person during the course, allowing students to understand not only the practical process but also the importance of maintaining the integrity of Reiki.

Many students tell me this is one of the most meaningful parts of their training.

It represents the point where they move from receiving Reiki to becoming someone who can pass that gift on to others.

Personal Growth Continues

Although Reiki Master Teacher training prepares you to teach, I often remind my students that becoming a Master doesn’t mean you’ve reached the end of your journey.

In many ways, it is just the beginning.

Reiki continues to teach us patience, compassion, humility and trust.

Every client, every student and every experience offers another opportunity to learn.

One of the most beautiful lessons Reiki teaches us is that we never stop growing.

Who is Reiki Master Teacher Training Suitable For?

This course is designed for those who have already completed Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2 and have gained practical experience working with Reiki.

It is ideal for practitioners who wish to:

There is no pressure to teach immediately after qualifying.

Every student learns differently.

Some absorb information quickly, while others prefer to take their time and build confidence through practical experience.

There is no right or wrong pace.

My role is to guide, encourage and support you throughout your journey, ensuring you leave not only with knowledge but with the confidence to use it.

I genuinely believe that great teachers are not those who know the most—they are those who inspire others to believe in themselves.

That is the environment I strive to create in every course I teach.
